Jesus; God incarnate, was literally conceived as flesh and blood, and born of a Virgin Mary.

All of humanity has sinned and fallen short of God's glory. We all are in need of salvation, which can only be achieved through God's mercy and grace.

God's messengers should be servant-leaders and examples of Christ, not selfish and prideful pharisees. Only God is worthy of praise, honor and glory.

Below are the Way of the Cross Church Inc terms of service. You will be acknowledging that you agree to the terms or that you do not agree. You have the freedom, right, and ability to choose either response.

Do you understand that Way of the Cross Church Inc. does not claim responsibility for its licensed/ordained ministers actions. They are "Independent" Ministers of Jesus Christ who are recognized by Way of the Cross Church Inc. as such. (It is God alone who ordains. By license/ordination, Way of the Cross Church Inc. simply acknowledges what God has done in an individual.

We offer recognition of licensing/ordination for the purpose of taking the Gospel of Christ into all the world. However, sometimes we as ministers are asked to officiate at weddings, funerals, etc. The laws regarding those who officiate at such services may differ from state to state, or countries. As a minister it will be your responsibility to understand these laws and act accordingly. Only ordained ministers can officiate the sacraments of marriage, Communion, and Baptism.

Way of the Cross Church Inc. recognizes licensed ministers and ordained ministers for spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In accordance with this, the (US) and other governments may grant certain benefits, tax exemptions, etc. to ministers. However, such matters are beyond the scope of Way of the Cross Church's ministry purpose. We make no claims about what the IRS or other governing bodies, will or will not recognize for these permissions. It is the responsibility of the Independent Minister to know the laws and act in accordance with them.

If entrusted as a licensed minister or ordained minister, you understand that each minister is held accountable to Biblical standards by Way of the Cross Church Inc. This is mandatory for maintaining your "recognized" status as a licensed or ordained minister. If an investigation ever finds serious violations of Christian ethics, morals, and values; sanctions may be applied to the extent of revocation of the individuals ministerial credentials, with or without notice.

If entrusted as a licensed or ordained minister, you must agree to never present yourself as a "representative" of Way of the Cross Church Inc, without having expressed written approval from Bishop Davis.

If you should ever choose to deny the Christian faith or your life does not reflect Gods word, His Commandments, or Christ's teachings…your license or ordination will be revoked with or without notification. (Of course our hope would be that you would seek help from your brothers and sisters of CMFI, and be restored)

You must agree to keep Way of the Cross Church Inc updated with your most current contact information in order to remain in "good standing" with your credentials. This is so we may contact you and to protect the integrity of our ministry and recognition of credentials.

However, we do require the applicant to provide the cost for comprehensive background checks on the applicant themselves. This is for the purpose of compliance, integrity and public safety. We are a non-profit organization and do not wish to place a financial burden on the minister.
